at times like this, it really brings home what a filthy, disgusting state the kitchen is in. I have never encountered such a dire situation before. Previously any drop in ‘standards’ has produced a rebuke from the landlord – the same landlords would never tolerate such a situation as we have. The bully presumably can’t believe his luck – he must surely have received much criticism in the past for his bone-idle slovenly attitudes, and he must know that he would receive this same criticism anywhere else – but against all the odds he has landed somewhere where he can get away with it. And it is not just his lazy attitude he can get away with – he can actually physical attack fellow tenants and get away with that as well, despite receiving a criminal record for so doing. |

as usual, make myself something to eat after coming in from work. Put something in the microwave for about 10 minutes. After about 5 minutes has passed, the bully appears and adopts his ‘usual’ unusual threatening behaviour – he exits the front door four times within as many minutes, returning within a minute each time (the last time he was out there for about 10 seconds). After I had finished, he was still strolling around – finally he entered the kitchen. When I went in there after finishing my meal (and after being sure he had gone), I found he had piled his dirty dishes in the sink (and obviously just walked off). |

After about 60 seconds he exits his room and does his ‘usual trick’, shouting out ‘you fucking prick’ at me as he went past the kitchen (incidentally I couldn’t help notice that my kettle had been unplugged etc. which only awakes fears of what he might also be doing to my food supplies in general) |

Switch them back on, at which point the bully immediately appears and switches them off. I switch them back on again, only for them to be switched off again. The general plan was this : leave for work at 0500 in the morning, arrive back at about 1600, refresh myself and relax for about 30 mins (which would probably not be enough given the ‘exhausting’ temperatures during the day) and then settle down to mark A-Level Maths papers as the pressure to meet deadlines mount. In reality, after about 5 minutes of getting home, the bully opens his door (it was shut when I came in) and starts playing loud music. As I re-enter my room, he starts issuing the most amazing abuse full of many ‘fuckings’ etc. I get referred to as a ‘fucking prick’ and such like names. |

get home from work, enter kitchen. Almost immediately the bully slams his own door and enters the kitchen, exits the kitchen and then slams his own door once more and re-enters the kitchen and starts apparently making a meal for himself. Atmosphere very, very threatening – make my own exit immediately. He continues to prowl around, and as, I perceive later, has enacted one of the more ‘powerful’ of his weird threatening behaviour – i.e. using the washing machine to wash one single item. This is an action reserved for times when he becomes very threatening, So all in all, unable to get a satisfactory meal when I get home. THIS IS NO USE TO ME AT ALL!!!!!! |

Latterly I have come to the view that it is most likely that the door was deliberately closed on me – I can’t believe that the door locked due to anything I did – it is simple enough to put it on the latch. (repeated experimentation at leaving it on the latch have never again caused the door to lock) |

Furthermore when he sees I have my door open, he opens his own door and starts playing loud music. This is developing into a replay of the evnts two years previously when I was doing little more tha move from one room to another and acted in a very similar manner, ending up with nearly kicking my eye out. It seems the only reason that could be stated for this attack was that I had my door open. Since it is developing a very sinister aspect I call things off earlier than wished, for the evening. |

Postscript |
|
On transporting my bike, I found the back mudguard was missing three of the four rods that attaches it to the wheel. Previously I had noticed that bothe front and back mudguard had lost one screw each, and then a rod from the back mudguard disappeared. Still I didn’t make the connection because I thought there was no way the bully could get into the back garden unobserved. But three of four rods, causing the back mudguard to fall off – this definitely no coincidence. Previously I had written a nasty note to the landlord complaining about the state of the bike cover, it was dirty and ripped and I thought it was because of carelessness during works around the back. I think differently now – especially since no matter how hard I tried to cover my bike prpoperly, odds on was that next time I used my bike the cover would be half off, exposing the bike to the elements. I realise now that the bully was well placed to notice when Rosemary from the Garden Flat was going out there was no reason for him to go round the back and I would be glad to hear from anyone who saw him back there. |
